Please rinse off all sand and sunscreen at the outdoor shower before entering the pool to protect the filtration system. 🧼 Cleanliness & Dish Policy: To maintain our high hygiene standards and prevent tropical pests, please ensure all dishes are washed and put away prior to checkout. All personal food items must be cleared from the unit and refrigerator. La Choza is located in a tropical beachfront environment where wildlife is part of everyday life. You may see monkeys, iguanas, tropical birds, and occasional insects, despite regular professional pest control. Because the home is within walking distance of town, you may occasionally hear daytime neighborhood activity or light traffic. Our location between the Tamarindo Estuary and Las Baulas National Marine Park offers easy access to estuary tours, surfing, fishing, horseback riding, catamaran cruises, and other local adventures.
