Welcome to your boutique beachfront oasis! Our property features your individual suite, including a private bath, mini fridge, and coffee station. For relaxation and fun, you will have access to our beautiful resort-style amenities, which are shared only with other onsite guests. These include a sparkling pool, a tropical rancho and grill area, a spacious main patio, outdoor showers, a laundry room, and a convenient outdoor half-bath. When you are ready to explore, you can leave your keys behind! We are incredibly walkable and located just a scenic 7-minute stroll into the heart of town—either right along the sand via the beach or through the local paths. If you prefer wheels, the property is fully accessible by car, and we highly recommend renting a golf cart for the ultimate local experience.

Please respect the noise levels to ensure peace for all guests staying on the property grounds. 👥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐲: Use of the pool, rancho, and outdoor areas is strictly limited to the guests listed on the reservation. Outside visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval. 🏠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 & 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬: Guests are fully responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property incurred during their stay. A detailed inventory list outlining replacement and repair costs will be provided upon arrival. Unreported damages or missing estate items will be charged directly against the security deposit or claimed through the booking platform's protection program. 🚭 𝟏𝟎𝟎% 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 & 𝐕𝐚𝐩𝐞-𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the rooms, on the upstairs deck, or within 10 feet of the house or pool area. Cigarette butts must be thrown away exclusively in outdoor trash bins. 𝑨 $250 𝒗𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒆𝒆 will be automatically assessed, and the booking platform will be notified of non-compliance. 🚫 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: No dogs or animals are allowed on the property. 🏖️ 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 & 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲: Children must be supervised at all times near the pool and beach access. Please rinse off all sand and sunscreen at the outdoor shower before entering the pool to protect the filtration system. 🧼 Cleanliness & Dish Policy: To maintain our high hygiene standards and prevent tropical pests, please ensure all dishes are washed and put away prior to checkout. All personal food items must be cleared from the unit and refrigerator. If dirty dishes and/or food are left behind, an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged against the security deposit. 🗺️ 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The primary booker is required to provide a photo of a valid passport prior to check-in to comply with Costa Rican Treasury regulations. ℹ️ ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO NOTE: 🚽 PLUMBING & SEWAGE: Our coastal property runs on a highly sensitive septic system. Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, wipes, or any trash down the toilets. Use the provided waste baskets instead to prevent backups. 🚭 STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the private suites, on balconies/patios, and in or around the shared pool and rancho areas. 🐾 NO PETS: To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and local wildlife, pets are not allowed on the property at any time. 🤫 QUIET HOURS: To keep our oasis relaxing for everyone, quiet hours in the shared pool and rancho/grill areas are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside visitors or unauthorized parties are permitted. 🦎 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT: We are located directly on the beach surrounded by nature. You may see local wildlife, geckos, or insects during your stay. We keep the property meticulously maintained, but bugs are a normal part of our beautiful beach ecosystem! ❄️ AC MANAGEMENT: To help us conserve energy and keep the systems running smoothly, please ensure all doors and windows are tightly closed when using the air conditioning. 🔒 SECURITY: For your safety, the exterior entrance gates and common pathways are monitored by security cameras. There are no cameras inside any private suites or kitchens.
